Things worth reading before your first visit or between appointments.
Before your first visit
- Plan for about 45 minutes. That covers your history, the exam, a walk-through of the findings, and your first adjustment if it is appropriate that day.
- Wear clothes you can move in. You will not need to change.
- Bring a list of your current medications and any recent imaging reports (X-ray, MRI, CT) if you have them.
- If the visit is for a car crash, work injury or other claim, bring the claim number and adjuster or attorney contact information.
- Payment is collected after the visit. A new patient exam with initial adjustment is $150; follow-ups are $50.

Insurance and superbills
We are out of network with all insurance plans. If your plan reimburses out-of-network chiropractic care, ask for a superbill at checkout. It lists the diagnosis and procedure codes your insurer needs. You submit it directly to them; we do not bill insurance on your behalf.
