No. Your initial care plan is focused on addressing your current symptoms, improving function, and helping you through the acute phase of care. Once you’re feeling better, your doctor will discuss the benefits of maintenance or wellness care to help support long-term mobility and function. Ongoing care is always your choice and will be based on your individual goals.
Adjustments are quick and usually a relief rather than a shock. If a region is too guarded for a thrust, we use drop-table or mobilization instead and tell you before we begin.
Yes, and timing matters. We can usually evaluate you within the same week, document objective findings from day one, and coordinate imaging or referral if the exam calls for it.
Yes. Force and technique scale to the person in front of us. Pediatric and geriatric care look very different from adjusting a competitive lifter.
Most patients notice a change within the first two or three visits. Your exam sets the expected timeline, and we review progress against it rather than adding visits by default.
No. Maine is a direct-access state, so you can book with us yourself. If your exam points to something outside our scope, we refer you out and say so plainly.
